Course:
Students who have already learned the art of sushi
making can develop their skills even further with
something really different in the line of Sushi
Fillet – By way of demonstration, students will learn how to fillet a whole Scottish salmon in preparation for making sushi or Sashimi.
Sashimi – each student will prepare and cut the fish for Sashimi plus learn the slicing of ‘Tsuma’ i.e. complement of Sashimi
Ruibe donburi - each student will learn how to prepare
this steamed rice dish with marinated sweet soya
sashimi.
